We used KCSI to do all of our siding, gutters, windows and doors. They did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with their work. They stayed on the job til complete and were done with all the work in a timely manner. They were great to work with and had good advice and suggestions. KCSI recently removed old siding and installed vinyl siding on my house in Burke. I am extremely pleased with the work done. Not only was the work done in only 2 days time, the work was done by a seasoned crew of 5 who worked seamlessly and did excellent work reflecting work experience of over 15 years with KCSI. John Knowlan of KCSI was knowledgeable and cordial to deal with and made the overall experience so pleasant. I highly recommend KCSI.

Great people, great service, great product! John Knowlan and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. We started with replacing a couple of windows in the kitchen, and one of them was a custom size. John worked with us to figure out what would be best for what we wanted and needed. They did such a fantastic job we opted to have them replace all of our windows. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend them.

KCSI replaced the vinyl siding, installed tyvek, window wrap, vinyl soffit & facia, & gutters on our house. They scheduled the work and kept me updated with the schedule as the start date neared. They worked on the house and completed the job in a timely manner, working from start to finish until the job was completed. The workmanship was very good and we were very satisfied with the whole project. They communicated well throughout the entire project from the estimate through the actual work addressing any issues or question raised. I would use KCSI again and would recommend using them.

John and his crew, at KCSI, do excellent work. During our home inspection, the inspector noticed our roof leaking through the attic. I called KCSI and they were able to come out and fix the leak for a good price. Not only that, but he noticed my vent cover was missing and fixed it while he was there. He had photos to show me of before/after the work was performed and we were extremely pleased with this experience.

KCSI just completed a complete roof, siding, trim wrapping, and gutter job at our house. I had about 10 different companies come out to give us an estimate, and KCSI seemed to be the most attentive to explaining their approach and providing suggestions. Mike, one of the owners, didn’t try to up-sell anything, but rather just laid out our options and let us decide what we liked (we ended up upgrading, but that was solely our decision for aesthetic purposes). We couldn’t be happier going with Mike and his team. He answered all our questions (which we had a lot of) in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. His crew was there bright and early each day. And the quality of their workmanship is top-notch. The best part was the trust – you can tell that you can trust KCSI and the work they do. We will be using them again soon to replace some windows and doors.

I hired KCSI Construction to remove old hardboard siding and install new vinyl siding. I hired KCSI because the company had very high ratings. It was a large job and I didn’t want any hassles. Mike MacCabe was great to work with. His crew was outstanding. At the end of each day, they spent a half hour cleaning up the worksite and neatly stacking materials. Mike stopped by two to three times a day to ask me if I had any concerns. He spent time with me explaining the installation. I asked him to make several changes. He readily agreed and had the crew make the changes. It rained several times during the week of the installation. Mike and the crew made sure that the house was protected from the rain. At the end of the job, the crew did a very thorough job cleaning up around my house. The new vinyl siding looks great on my house.

Mr. Knowlan has been a family friend for years and when my father needed some work done recently, I reminded him about KCSI. With one phone call, we had a crew to our house in a few days and the work was done quickly and most importantly right. I was worried I needed a new roof. Another contractor patched my roof several times and it continued to leak. KCSI came out and offered a solution the other contractor never mentioned. John Knowlan stayed in constant communication with me. He sent pictures of the problem area before the repair. His estimate was extremely fair. He also sent pictures after the repair. Even with how busy roofers are right now (after a month of rain), they were able to repair my roof within a week of inspecting it. I will always go with KCSI from now on!
